We are looking for a skilled System & Network Engineer to join our team and take responsibility for implementing, maintaining, and supporting both existing and new IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with server management, network configuration, and enterprise system technologies, ensuring the smooth operation and security of our IT environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Configure and manage servers running various operating systems, including Windows and Linux.
- Design, implement, and manage enterprise-level system technologies to support business operations.
- Install and configure network devices and services such as routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPNs, and Quality of Service (QoS) settings.
- Perform routine network maintenance and system upgrades, including applying service packs, patches, hotfixes, and security configurations.
- Adhere to established configuration and change management policies to ensure all network infrastructure changes are properly approved, documented, and successfully implemented.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience in system and network engineering.
- Proven experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting UNIX/Linux environments.
- Strong background in administering and tuning application stacks such as Tomcat, JBoss, Apache, Ruby, and NGINX.
- Experience with virtualization and containerization technologies, including VMware and VirtualBox.
- Hands-on network engineering skills with practical knowledge of network protocols and hardware.
- Proficiency in using monitoring, network diagnostic, and analytics tools to maintain network health.
- Excellent technical communication, documentation, and problem-solving abilities.

Work Location
This position requires working on-site to effectively manage and support the IT infrastructure.
