Limton Group of Companies, a leading pioneer in Biometrics, AI-driven IT Solutions, and Automation Systems Integration in Pakistan, is expanding its technical team in Karachi. We are looking for a dedicated System Technician to support field operations by installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting biometric devices, IT hardware, and automation systems at client locations. This full-time role demands a proactive individual who can ensure smooth technical operations while maintaining high client satisfaction during on-site visits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure biometric and IT-based systems at customer sites.
- Perform maintenance and repair of software, hardware, and devices.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Coordinate with support and development teams for escalated issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of site visits and service activities.
- Ensure client satisfaction during technical visits.
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Electronics, Computer, or a relevant technical diploma.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics is preferred.
- 1 to 2 years of field experience in system installation or technical support.
- Strong understanding of hardware, networking, and system diagnostics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel within the city for on-site visits.
- This position is open to male candidates only.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics is preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% within the city.
- Competitive salary ranging from Rs30,000 to Rs35,000 per month.
