We are seeking a skilled Systems Engineer based in Pakistan to collaborate closely with the sales team within a designated territory. The primary role of the Systems Engineer is to provide comprehensive technical support throughout the sales cycle, including pre-sales consultations, sales calls, and post-sales assistance. This position plays a crucial role in bridging technical expertise with customer needs to ensure successful deployment and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales organization by addressing all technical aspects related to pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations, solution design, and technical presentations.
- Assist sales representatives during customer meetings to clarify technical details and tailor solutions to client requirements.
- Provide post-sales technical support to ensure smooth implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on product developments and industry trends.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their technical challenges and offering appropriate solutions.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance technical knowledge and sales effectiveness.
- Contribute to the preparation of technical proposals and documentation as required.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Systems Engineer or in a similar technical sales support role.
- Strong understanding of network security concepts and technologies.
- Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in a customer-facing role, supporting sales teams.
- Familiarity with Fortinet products and solutions is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
