Job Description

Assistant Manager (Outsourcing) at Systems Limited focuses on all aspects of customer satisfaction and care as well as the supervision of our dedicated Customer Service Associates. The positions is responsible to foster positive relationships with our clients, using the most efficient ways to deal with customer complaints, queries or concerns.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the assigned projects using the efficient project management techniques
  • Oversee the customer service team
  • Manage and train Customer Associates
  • Set customer satisfaction goals and work with the team to meet them on a consistent basis
  • Interact with customers, responding to their questions and guiding them to the appropriate service
  • On-board new employees and train them based on your expertise and skill set

  • Focus, confidence and ability to drive the team
  • Ability to set expectations and manage conflict

Other:

  • Must be flexible with rotational shifts.
  • Should have at least 3 years of experience in BPO project management.

Academic Qualification(s):

  • Graduate from a reputable university.
  • Professional course(s) in Project Management.
