As a Tax and Reporting Resource, the candidate will be responsible for US Corporate Taxes, including Federal, States, and Payroll taxes. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in accounting and taxation, demonstrating diverse aspects of US tax obligations.
- Prepare Corporate Tax Provision on quarterly as well as annual basis and payment of estimated quarterly taxes.
- Preparation and filing of monthly and quarterly State Sales tax returns.
- Assisting HR in payroll taxes including tax withholding and State Unemployment Insurance taxes.
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and minimize tax liabilities.
- Collaborate with external tax consultants on a need basis.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (ACA, ACMA, ACCA).
- Big 4 Experience is desirable.
- Proven experience in tax preparation and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
