Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior React Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing complex web applications using React.js, and possess a strong desire to lead and mentor other developers in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of web applications using React.js and related technologies
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create visually appealing and intuitive interfaces
- Write high-quality, maintainable, and testable code using best practices
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality
- Contribute to the technical direction and strategy of the development team
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in web development
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Extensive experience with React.js and its ecosystem (Redux, React Router, etc.)
- Expertise in web development tools such as Git, Webpack, and NPM
- Knowledge of software development principles and design patterns
- Experience leading and mentoring other developers
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and experience integrating with them
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skill
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in developing complex web applications using React.js
- Proven ability to write high-quality, maintainable, and testable code
- Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in React.js development
- Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies
- Experience with server-side rendering and/or GraphQL is a plus
- Passion for learning and staying up-to-date with emerging technologies in web development
