Job Title: Assistant Manager External Relations & Financial Assistance (ER & FA).

Qualification: Masters degree/18 years of education in Management, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Accounting, Economics, Social Sciences, Communication, or related field.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in fundraising, donor relations, scholarships, corporate relations, marketing or communications.


Responsibilities
  • Resource mobilization, fundraising and development of donor relationships.

  • Management and coordination of need-based, SZABIST and externally funded scholarships and loan facilities.

  • Liaison with national/international donors, corporate organizations, government agencies and other stakeholders.

  • Preparation of reports, proposals, presentations and scholarship-related documentation.

  • Coordination of HEC reporting, external relations, MoUs, events and institutional collaborations.

  • Management of ERFA social media and digital communication platforms.

  • Any other responsibilities assigned by Management.
