- Installation, servicing, troubleshooting, and maintaining Single and 3 Phase UPS products and batteries.
- DC power system installation and commissioning.
- Troubleshoot critical power systems down to the root cause.
- Perform repairs with minimum customer downtime.
- Repairing skills up to components level
- Maintain technical documentation for study and/or review.
- To provide support in repair of UPS and MMPs.
- Respond to routine queries related to troubleshoot and fixing.
- Responsible in setting and installation of Multimedia project in offices, and all classrooms etc.
- Maintenance and troubleshooting for all hardware related issues with UPS and MMPS malfunctioning, document the unresolved problems and report to Sr Manager IT.
- Maintenance of Inventory of all UPS and MMPS equipment installed in faculty and staff offices and classrooms.
