Assistant Controller Examination

SZABIST - Islamabad Campus is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Controller Examination to oversee and manage the examination processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining the integrity of exam administration, and supporting the planning and execution of all examination-related activities. This role requires a minimum of five years of relevant experience and a strong ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, manage a team of five members, and apply analytical skills to resolve challenges within the examination department. The Assistant Controller Examination plays a crucial role in upholding academic standards by implementing efficient examination procedures and ensuring adherence to institutional policies. The position demands strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, as well as effective counseling and communication skills to coordinate between faculty, students, and administration. Responsibilities

Manage and supervise a team of five examination staff members to ensure smooth and efficient examination operations.
Develop, implement, and monitor regulatory compliance policies and examination procedures in alignment with institutional and regulatory standards.
Coordinate the scheduling, preparation, and distribution of examination materials to maintain the integrity and confidentiality of exams.
Oversee the collection, processing, and storage of examination results while ensuring accuracy and timely dissemination of grades.
Provide clear and effective communication to students, faculty, and administrative personnel regarding examination schedules, rules, and outcomes.
Analyze examination data and processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions to enhance examination services.
Counsel and assist students and faculty with examination-related inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during exam administration.
Ensure proper documentation and reporting of examination activities, incidents, and compliance measures to higher management.
Collaborate with other departments to maintain seamless coordination during examination periods and implement best practices.
Conduct training and development sessions for examination staff to enhance team performance and maintain high professional standards.
