- Plan, organize and all the activities of the planning & cost accounting function
- Develop & manage day to day operations of the planning & cost accounting function from accumulation, collection & calculation of costs to monthly accounting close and analysis
- Develop a cost environment from scratch leading up to pricing per service & margins per service etc.
- Develop processes to ensure periodic updating of standard costs
- Working closely with the accounting team, perform monthly closing activities including preparation of various cost reports along with supporting analysis
- Proactive analysis of plan variances and communication of issues and opportunities to the management
