We are looking for a talented and motivated Email Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversion.
Create compelling email content and designs that align with our brand voice and marketing goals.
Segment email lists based on various criteria to ensure targeted and effective communication.
Monitor and analyze email campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions, etc.).
Optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights to improve performance.
Manage and maintain the email database to ensure data accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align email strategies with broader marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 0-6 Monthsof experience in email marketing or a similar role.
Proficient in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, HubSpot).
Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including design, deliverability, and compliance.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
