As a Telesales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in reaching out to potential customers, understanding their property needs, and guiding them towards the perfect real estate solution offered by our company. Your phone skills, combined with real estate knowledge, will be critical in driving our sales and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Outbound Calls:
- Make regular outbound calls to our database of potential customers, informing them of our latest real estate projects and offers.
Lead Management:
- Manage, nurture, and convert leads into sales opportunities. Update the CRM system with interactions and feedback.
Customer Needs Analysis:
- Understand the requirements and preferences of potential clients, offering suitable property solutions from our portfolio.
Appointment Setting:
- Schedule site visits or face-to-face meetings between potential clients and the sales team for detailed discussions and property show-around.
Feedback Collection:
- Obtain feedback post-site visits and address any queries or concerns potential clients might have.
Maintain Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated with the latest information about our real estate projects, property features, pricing, and market trends.
Sales Targets:
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual telesales targets set by the management.
Reporting:
- Provide regular updates on-call activities, lead statuses, and potential sales pipelines to the Telesales Manager.
