General:
- Monitors and analyzes department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Assist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department.
- Work with the Controller to ensure a clean and timely year-end audit.
- Advises staff regarding the handling of non-routine reporting transactions.
- Collaborates with the other accounts department employees to support overall department goals and objectives.
- Assist in product performance analysis on yearly basis to suggest which products to keep
- Work with the Finance Manager to set yearly and quarterly sales targets for each department
- Prepare Customer sales and recovery reports on monthly basis (sales & recovery divided in terms of brand and city and region.
- Assist in Preparation of Sales Employee performance reports on monthly basis
- Maintain the suspense account on monthly basis and report to the supervisor.
- Prepare customer ledger reconciliation on monthly basis
- Conduct the monthly and quarterly Bank Reconciliation activities in a timely and accurate
- Assist in the timely reporting of all monthly financial information.
- Assist in an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year-end close.
- Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure.
- Any other task given by the import/finance manager.
- Any other task given by the management.
