We require a Warehouse/Inventory manager with strong organizational skills for our fast-growing organization. The candidate will be in charge of our warehouses and be responsible for ensuring adequate inventory levels at all our WHs.

JD includes:-

  • Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
  • Maintain adequate inventory levels for all SKUs based on consumption trends
  • Controlling and verifying SOPs for receiving, storing and dispatching goods with proper paperwork
  • Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
  • Controlling inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with ERP system.
  • Maintains physical condition of warehouse
  • Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
  • Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
  • All other Tasks Assigned by the Higher Management.
