- Create artwork and mockups for customers' approval
- Digitize, typeset and edit files for embroidery, applique and vinyl and laser and decoration
- Communicate with customer, staff and management regarding designs and orders
- Vector art creation using different computer software packages
- Develop stitch files from design concept to production
- Provide samples for new logo.
- Download orders once logos have been approved.
- Communicate with the call center/Team sales representatives about orders and logos
- Be able to provide help to the Embroidery machine operators with logos and set-up.
