Key Responsibilities:

  • Head of Internal Audit is responsible for implementation of the Group Internal Audit Strategy, organization and management of the internal audit function for all business units of the Group stretched across Pakistan while applying internal audit standards as per regulatory guidelines, International Standards on Auditing and best practice.
  • The Head of Internal Audit is required to develop and implement internal control risk assessments, annual audit plans, audit programs, audit reports, and ensure effective reporting to the Audit Committee and Board of Directors.
  • The Head of Internal Audit independently and objectively assesses the reliability and effectiveness of risk management, internal control and corporate governance.
  • The role will require managing relationships with and acts as a trusted advisor to the management while creating value to business.
