- Supervision of projects and ensure they meet the approved quality & technical specifications (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and HSSE).
- Monitor the progress of the construction work at the site Fueling Stations, Oil Terminals and Restaurants.
- Ensure that projects are completed within planned cost and time.
- Preparation the projects progress reports.
- Negotiates the contract modifications and ensure that any change in project plan is executed by contractors.
- Ensure the smooth day to day operation of work activities at the construction site.
- Maintain good relationship with site workers, contractors, and suppliers.
- Identify any potential problem at the site and work to prevent it.
- Provide an appropriate solution for accidents that occur at the construction site and reports to the senior management.
- Ensure accurate records of material and labor costs incurred in the construction process.
- Motivate all the participants in the project.
