To coordinate with the Development Team (Network Planners) and look after back end office operations.
- To prepare Leases Deeds, Franchise Agreements, MOU’s and all concerned documents in consultation with HOD
- To prepare and update formats related to Retail Outlets Approvals, NOC’s, Constructions and Inaugurations
- To prepare OGRA and all other letters in consultation of HOD
- To prepare all cases feasibility reports
- To prepare Analysis reports
- Maintain accurate records of retail development projects and outlets from initials to completions and ensure all information and documents are well maintained.
- Proven ability to oversee multiple development projects.
