Site supervisor required for renovation and building maintenance related projects in Islamabad/Rawalpindi (and surrounding areas)
Candidate should have DAE in Civil technology with 1-2 years of related experience.
-Must have knowledge of BOQ verification and should be able to supervise site work independently.
-Must have sound knowledge of competitive rates of construction materials and its procurement.
-Must be able to read and understand drawings and be able to supervise the work as per drawings.
-Must have knowledge of labor rates and be able to handle labor/site staff.
