Takhleeq Foundation seeks a motivated HR & Finance Assistant Intern with at least one year of experience to support its human resources and financial departments. Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy to maintain employee and financial records.
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing financial reports, ensuring correctness and adherence to organizational standards.
  • Manage and organize documents related to HR and finance to facilitate easy retrieval and audit readiness.
  • Support payroll administration by verifying timesheets and other relevant documentation.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and uphold ethical standards in all activities.
  • Coordinate with different departments to gather information and support HR and finance processes.
  • Use Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, to analyze data and generate reports.
  • Help monitor and track budget expenditures to assist in financial planning and control.
  • Contribute to the implementation of HR policies and procedures under supervision.
  • Support time management activities, ensuring deadlines are met and priorities are balanced.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management to provide updates and resolve queries.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.
  • Assist in recruiting processes by scheduling interviews, processing applications, and handling correspondence.
