The People team supports employees and managers worldwide, and this role is based in the Pakistan office, focusing on recruitment activities across the Group.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the central recruitment tracker to ensure vacancy information is accurate.
- Post approved job vacancies on platforms such as Indeed and other designated recruitment channels.
- Manage the lifecycle of vacancies by opening, updating, pausing, and closing them as needed.
- Review applications against set criteria and conduct initial candidate screenings.
- Perform structured first-stage screening interviews when required.
- Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers across multiple time zones.
- Send interview invitations, reminders, and provide timely updates to candidates.
- Follow up with hiring managers to obtain interview feedback and keep candidates informed throughout the process.
- Maintain detailed and accurate candidate records, recruitment notes, and vacancy data.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment status, including open vacancies, candidate pipelines, and pending actions.
- Coordinate approved reference checks, background verifications, and pre-employment screenings.
- Prepare recruitment documentation for the HR Coordinator once candidates are selected.
- Offer administrative support for contractor recruitment when permanent recruitment priorities allow.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR administration, recruitment coordination, or a related field.
- Familiarity with job boards such as Indeed and LinkedIn.
- Proven ability to screen CVs and applications effectively.
- Experience arranging interviews and communicating professionally with candidates.
- Proficiency in using spreadsheets, recruitment trackers, and online systems.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple vacancies and maintaining attention to detail under pressure.
- Ability to respond promptly to candidates and colleagues and follow up as necessary to keep processes moving.
Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) is advantageous.
- Prior experience supporting recruitment across various countries and time zones is beneficial.
- Approximately two years of relevant experience is preferred, though practical skills and attitude are valued over formal qualifications.
- A degree or equivalent qualification is helpful but not essential.
- The role is office-based in Rawalpindi, Pakistan, working primarily UK-aligned hours (currently 11:00–20:00 Pakistan time).
- This position reports to the HR Coordinator – Talent, Performance & Culture, who manages recruitment decisions, hiring manager relationships, offers, and onboarding.
- The role focuses on recruitment administration and coordination, with the HR Coordinator – People Operations overseeing employee records and formal HR administration post-hiring.
- Support for contractor recruitment may be required depending on permanent recruitment workload.
- Salary starts from Rs100,000 per month.
