Search Solution Pvt. Ltd., based in Johar Town, Lahore, is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Specialist to join their team on a full-time, on-site basis. The role requires working night shifts from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for sales, business development, and technical positions, with a proven ability to manage the entire recruitment lifecycle. This position demands excellent sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills to identify and hire high-quality candidates efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and final selection of candidates.
- Recruit for various sales roles such as Sales Agents, Sales Closers, Business Development Managers (BDMs), and Lead Generation Specialists.
- Hire for technical positions in line with company requirements.
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks, and other recruitment platforms.
- Review resumes, conduct initial screening calls, and evaluate candidates’ skills and experience.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring accurate records of recruitment activities.
- Provide regular recruitment status updates to management.
- Meet hiring targets and ensure timely closure of open positions.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience recruiting for both sales and technical roles is essential.
- Demonstrated success in hiring Sales Closers, Sales Agents, BDMs, and Lead Generation Specialists.
- Strong skills in candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- Proficient in using LinkedIn and other online recruitment platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously and meet strict recruitment deadlines.
- Willingness to work on-site during the designated night shift hours (7:00 PM to 4:00 AM).
