Talent Acquisition Associate

We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for all roles within Hamster Garage. This position is based in our Lahore Daftarkhwan Downtown office and requires working hours aligned with Central Time (7 p.m. to 4 a.m. Pakistan Standard Time). The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys taking ownership, and is eager to learn about diverse markets worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain long-term talent pools for recurring or critical roles to ensure readiness when hiring demands arise.
- Deliver a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Coordinate interview schedules and maintain clear communication with candidates.
- Lead various HR projects during periods of low hiring activity.

Required Qualifications

- 0-1 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to source and engage high-quality candidates effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
