Talent Acquisition Executive

Mars BPO is seeking a motivated and results-driven Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing recruitment activities, attracting top talent, and supporting the company’s growth by building a high-performing workforce. This position requires confidence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. The role operates on a night shift schedule and offers a competitive salary.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure the best fit for various roles, particularly within the BPO and call center sectors.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Maintain organized records of candidate information and recruitment activities.
- Handle multiple vacancies simultaneously while meeting recruitment targets and deadlines.
- Support the overall talent acquisition function to contribute to the company’s growth objectives.

Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or human resources is preferred.
- Proven ability to hire candidates specifically for BPO or call center positions is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment capabilities.
- Well-developed organizational skills to manage multiple recruitment assignments efficiently.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Shift timing is from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM, with work conducted on-site at the company’s location.
