Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Manager

MARS BPO is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Manager to lead the entire recruitment lifecycle. This role demands a strategic leader who can design and implement effective hiring strategies to attract top talent. The successful candidate will oversee a recruitment team, work closely with department heads to understand staffing requirements, and ensure a smooth and positive experience for candidates. This is an on-site position with working hours from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the full recruitment and talent acquisition process from sourcing to onboarding. Develop and implement sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other channels to attract qualified candidates. Review resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with organizational needs. Motivate and guide the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets while maintaining high standards of performance. Collaborate with department heads and management to identify both current and future staffing needs. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for various roles across the organization. Monitor recruitment metrics such as KPIs and hiring targets to evaluate team effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Prepare and present daily and weekly recruitment reports for management review. Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Continuously explore and implement innovative methods to enhance recruitment efficiency and improve the quality of hires.

Required Qualifications
Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Human Resources, preferably within a BPO or call center environment. Previous experience in a Recruitment Manager, Talent Acquisition Manager, or senior recruitment role is highly desirable. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a recruitment team effectively. Excellent communication, interviewing, and negotiation skills. In-depth knowledge of recruitment platforms, sourcing techniques, and best practices. Target-driven mindset with excellent organizational and time management abilities. Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Willingness to work the designated night shift from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
