Talent Acquisition Specialist

This opportunity is with one of our esteemed clients seeking a Mid-Senior level Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist with over 3 years of experience. The position is based in Pahadi Shareef, Shamshabad, Hyderabad, and is a full-time role offering a salary range of ₹5,00,000 to ₹8,00,000 per annum. The ideal candidate will play a strategic and high-touch role in delivering exceptional recruitment services to client hiring managers, ensuring both candidate quality and a positive hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruitment Delivery: Develop and execute sourcing plans, screen candidates thoroughly, coach hiring managers on effective selection techniques, provide an excellent candidate experience, and lead offer negotiations to secure top talent.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and nurture trusted relationships with senior hiring managers and stakeholders. Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Sourcing, Insights, and Admin to ensure seamless recruitment processes.
- Talent Pooling: Proactively support future hiring needs by maintaining and expanding a pool of quality candidates aligned with anticipated requirements.
- Compliance: Monitor candidate status meticulously, identify any scope creep in recruitment activities, and ensure adherence to relevant legislation and organizational policies.

Required Qualifications

- Proven expertise in recruitment strategy, preferably within diverse and complex environments, with prior experience in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) setups.
- Strong skills in stakeholder partnering, prioritization, and capacity management, with a demonstrated ability to drive outcomes and take ownership of responsibilities.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic cultural settings while delivering meaningful impact through effective client management.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Good communication skills and proficiency in Telugu are advantageous.
- Experience or interest in the manufacturing sector is considered a plus.
- The workweek is Monday to Saturday, with a half-day on Saturday, based at the Pahadi Shareef, Shamshabad location.
