Talent Acquisition Specialist

ABS International is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team for the night shift at our Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process during evening hours, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience. This role requires hands-on recruitment experience, strong English communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The position is full-time and on-site, with working hours from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM, Monday through Saturday.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day recruitment operations during the night shift.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment and hiring process.
- Review and shortlist CVs based on specific job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate telephonic and in-person interviews.
- Maintain professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate and execute onboarding procedures for new hires.
- Keep accurate records of candidates and recruitment documentation.
- Support the HR team with additional recruitment-related tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment activities simultaneously.
- Willingness to work the night shift from Monday to Saturday, 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM.
- Preference will be given to Karachi-based candidates who are available for immediate joining.
