Talent Acquisition Specialist / Manager

MARS BPO is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to join their team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Manager. This role is ideal for someone with strong recruitment, leadership, and communication skills who is passionate about building and managing a high-performing recruitment team. The position requires working the 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM shift and offers an opportunity to contribute significantly to the company’s talent acquisition strategy in a dynamic BPO environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition process to meet organizational hiring goals.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Manage recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and priorities.
- Lead and mentor the recruitment team to achieve hiring objectives efficiently.
- Monitor recruitment performance metrics and prepare daily and weekly hiring reports for management.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Innovate and implement strategies to continuously improve recruitment effectiveness and efficiency.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Human Resources, preferably within a BPO or call center environment.
- Demonstrated success in roles such as Senior Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or Talent Acquisition Manager.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing and motivating recruitment teams.
- Excellent communication, interviewing, and negotiation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment platforms, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven work environment.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work the designated night shift from 6 PM to 4 AM.
