Talent and Engagement Executive

Based in Islamabad, the Talent and Engagement Executive will play a vital role in strengthening employee engagement and cultivating a positive workplace culture at Touchstone. This position involves designing and executing engagement initiatives, managing internal communications, organizing company events, and supporting employer branding activities. The executive will also assist with recruitment efforts for specific campaigns and departments, contributing to the overall growth and development of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Engagement & Culture:
Plan and implement a variety of employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and company-wide events. Manage the annual engagement calendar to ensure activities are delivered on schedule. Lead internal platforms such as TSphere Clubs to encourage employee interaction and reinforce organizational values. Coordinate campaigns and celebrations that promote a positive work environment. Gather employee feedback regularly and recommend improvements to enhance the employee experience. Track participation and evaluate the effectiveness of engagement activities.

Organizational Development & Employer Branding:
Support the rollout of organizational development projects and employee experience programs. Assist in managing reward and recognition platforms to motivate and appreciate employees. Collaborate with the Marketing team to strengthen employer branding and culture-related communications. Help develop content that showcases Touchstone’s values, culture, and employee stories. Facilitate employee surveys and feedback mechanisms to support continuous culture enhancement.

Recruitment Support:
Provide recruitment assistance for designated campaigns and departments as business needs arise. Help source candidates, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and maintain clear communication with applicants. Keep recruitment trackers up to date to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology, Communications, or a related field is required. Fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply. Prior experience in employee engagement, event management, recruitment, communications, or employer branding is considered an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a creative, energetic, and proactive approach to problem-solving. Excellent organizational and event coordination abilities are required, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is expected; experience with Canva or other content creation tools is a plus.
