HR Executive (Generalist) – Location Lahore

The HR Executive will be a resourceful person to support HR function in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations of multiple small teams. The HR Executive will have both administrative and strategic responsibilities, helping to plan and administer important functions, such as staffing, organization development, HR ops and compensation and benefits.

Responsibilities and Duties:

·         Prepare paperwork, schedule, and facilitate smooth new hire onboarding process, coordinating with teams to deliver an exceptional full-cycle recruitment process.

·         Assist in developing and executing personnel procedures and policies, providing guidance and interpretation for business operations

·         Participate in development of HR objectives and systems, including metrics, queries, and standard reports for ongoing company requirements

·         Assist in administering benefits, compensation, and employee performance programs

·         Suggest new procedures and policies to continually improve efficiency of the HR department and organization as a whole, and to improve employee experience

Education & Experience:

·         Master/Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field.

·         At least 1-2 years of working independently in HR department in IT industry/software house.

·         Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness

·         Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies

·         Advanced knowledge of MS Office, HRIS systems, and comfortable learning new technical systems as needed.

·         Must be able to work with minimum supervision and with maximum efficiency.

·         Able to handle employee queries of all sorts and solve them with the help of other team member.

·         Keen to learn with excellent self-development and strong urge to take initiatives.
