Talent Sourcer

We are seeking a motivated and eager-to-learn Talent Sourcer to join our global recruitment team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals interested in starting a career in technical recruitment and talent sourcing. The successful candidate will play a vital role in identifying and engaging top talent for various technical roles, gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing and Research:
Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, RPS, Indeed, Monster, and Dice to source potential candidates. Employ Boolean search techniques to review profiles and evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and overall suitability. Build strong candidate pipelines for technical positions including Quality Assurance, Software Development, Project Management, Cloud, and Data Engineering roles.

Talent Pool Development and Maintenance:
Create and maintain an organized database of candidates to support current and future hiring needs. Regularly update candidate information, including skills, location, salary expectations, availability, work preferences, and work authorization status where applicable. Ensure all candidate records are accurate and up to date.

Candidate Engagement and Relationship Building:
Reach out to candidates via LinkedIn, email, and other appropriate communication channels. Maintain professional and consistent communication, following up as needed to keep candidates engaged. Foster positive relationships to ensure a strong talent pool for upcoming opportunities.

Collaboration and Learning:
Work closely with recruiters to understand specific job requirements and sourcing priorities. Actively seek feedback to enhance sourcing strategies and communication skills. Maintain sourcing trackers and provide regular updates on progress to the recruitment team.

Required Qualifications
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to six months of relevant experience in recruitment or talent sourcing.
- A genuine interest in human resources and recruitment processes.

Location and Working Hours
This position is based in Islamabad and follows a hybrid work model. Working hours are from 5:45 PM to 2:15 AM.
