Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and creative Social Media Manager to join Talented Tigers team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy with edits in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts.
Social Media Manager Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
- Manage and oversee social media content
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
- Engaging with our customer community on our social platforms
- Creating unique posts that meet specific objectives (engagement, clicks, etc.)
- Curating images, text, and videos to provide value to our followers
- Making data-driven decisions to improve engagement and post and video quality
- Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
- Collaborating with the rest of the team on the creative aspects of the social ads
Social Media Manager Requirements and Qualifications
- 1 - 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Snapchat & TikTok, and other social media best practices
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
- Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
- Experienced in publishing the post based on high SEO
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Social Media Managing
- Fluent to write in English
- Have knowledge and experience on best internet marketing practices and have ability to implement them at our handles
- Currently living in Pakistan
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
