Update of HR internal data bases against leavers, promoter and joiner’s information.
Perform Job postings / job advertisements at different recruitment portals and social media and maintain cv database against receiving resumes (category wise).
Create resume database in advance against all designations to cater hiring needs and timely availability of desired resources.
Plan and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.
Create job descriptions against various designations.
Schedule interviews with concerned Department Heads
Generate presentation of weekly / monthly basis regarding hired and left employees.
Performing background checks and references when needed.
Assist the HR Manager in organizing career fairs and special events.
Assist with special tasks as assigned.

Qualification & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management.
Working knowledge of MS Office particularly MS Excel and MS Power point.
Good knowledge of recruitment & selection.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
Outstanding problem-solving & analytical skills.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Strong work ethics.
Good time management skills.
