1) Serving as the first point of contact for IT support within the organization
2) Installing, configuring and maintaining software and hardware components of computer, network systems/switches, Wireless Access points and CCTV Trouble shooting.
3) Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues and Network/Wireless issues and CCTV Cameras software trouble shooting.
4) Repairing and replacing damaged computer and network components and Wireless Access point.
5) Ensuring the security of client and server computers by installing and upgrading antivirus and firewall software and switches.
6) Supporting people whenever they encounter challenges with computers, network and wireless devices.
7) Maintaining and updating technical documentation regularly.
8) Testing new hardware and software before full-scale installation.
9) Assist IT Manger for system, network and Wireless Access issues on daily base.
10) Branches Visit as per requirement or remotely access of system on line.
