Responsible to monitor and manage complete departmental/ cafe activities.
- Timely Reading/Checking and replying to emails.
- ISO implementation i.e. ISO-9001-2008 Management, ISO-22000 Food Safety Management, QHSAS-18000.
- HSE Objectives, Guidelines, / Implementation & Review.
- To ensure that TANDOORI policy and procedures are implemented at all levels.
- To evaluate the staff performance and give rating.
- To monitor the client satisfaction and enhance the satisfaction by using resource in respect of services, HSE and general administration.
- Ensuring that processes needed for the maintenance quality assurance is established or implemented and maintained.
- Plan and make monthly agendas and present to the Management.
- Maintain expenses below budget through accurate planning, waste reduction.
- Motivated staff to execute an exceptional level of service leading to a direct increase in loyal, repeat customers.
- Created catering opportunities through direct promotion coupled with accurate and timely execution of all deliveries to local companies.
- Accepted and excelled at new job responsibilities outside the area of daily management of café including menu design and marketing activities.
- Day to day interaction with clients to understand their needs and complaints and solve them timely.
- Manage management reports i.e. DBRs on daily basis with proper verification.
- Ensure proper sales & marketing strategies to increase daily sales.
- Responsible to properly open and close the relevant café, and evaluating/ filling the daily checklist in that regard.Ensure inventory levels in store are always up to the mark, without variance, and in perfect condition.
