·        Identifying and gathering the business needs of the end users to help determine solutions to business problems and then converting the requirements into business and technical documents using standard notations.

·        Moreover he/she will be also responsible of facilitating a communication channel between end users and development/testing team to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction.

·        Assess transactions for possible risks.

·        Meeting with relevant department heads and officers to gain detailed understanding of the business process.

·        He/she will be responsible for Update forms, policies  of different departments and Preparation of minutes of meeting.

Required Skills/Competencies:

·        Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, coaching, verbal and written communication skill

·        Ability to manage key stakeholder expectations, concerns, and to identify and mitigate project risk as required, in person and virtually

·        Ability to communicate ideas both orally and in writing to influence others using on-on-one contact, formal presentations, and group discussions

·        Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Project
