·Monitoring & guiding general staff including Admin Officer in all the administrative activities that helps & facilitate in the smooth running of office / business. Also organizing the office and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment; and maintaining the condition of the office and arranging for necessary repairs etc.
·Maintenance and proper functioning of Record Room.
·Implementation of the policies, procedures, and regulations of administrative and departmental programs, and supervisory techniques, and procedures as agreed and assigned by management.

·Monitoring of timely receipt of & Payments of all bills.

·Arranging air tickets, visa and passports for the directors.
·Registration of all company cars and their annual renewal.
