•  Define the goals of the system and devise flow charts and diagrams describing logical operational steps of programs.
  • Write technical procedures and documentation for the applications including operations, user guide, standard operating procedures etc
  •  Advise staff on methods of accessing information and to provide in-house training for staff in the use of MIS systems and other computerized systems as appropriate
  •  Develop new systems to respond to the changing needs of the entity
  •  Assess the usefulness of pre-developed application packages and adapt them to a user environment
  •  Troubleshoot technical issues and identify modifications needed in existing applications to meet changing user requirements
  •  Investigate and resolve application functionality related issues and provide first level support and troubleshooting
  •  Produce technical documentation for new and existing applications
  •  Conduct the design phase of any new IT software development projects for in-house developments or if a plan is set up to procure an off the shelf application, conduct a comprehensive environment sizing
  •  Serve as a liaison and facilitator between all business units to assist in addressing and resolving Information flow issues
  •  Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats
  •  Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions
  •  Maintain system protocols by writing and updating procedures
  •  Work closely with Internal Audit Manager to achieve the above

Note:Traveling to Sheikhupura will be required at least once a month.
