We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans, driving sales growth, identifying new market opportunities, and strengthening customer relationships to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company's products or services.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
Manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and SEO/SEM.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales and marketing (minimum 2 years preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools (e.g., CRM software, Google Analytics).
Creativity and strategic thinking.
