Warehouse Manager

Tariq Plastico (Pvt) Ltd is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee and optimize all warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience managing warehouse activities and demonstrate proficiency in inventory management and warehouse management systems. This role requires a detail-oriented and organized professional who can ensure efficient storage, distribution, and inventory accuracy while maintaining workplace safety and compliance. As a Warehouse Manager, you will lead a team of 5 persons, coordinating their tasks to meet operational goals and improve warehouse productivity. You will be responsible for managing daily operations, streamlining processes, and implementing best practices to support the companys supply chain and logistics strategies.
Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and shipping of goods.
Manage inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits.
Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and movement.
Lead and supervise a team of 5 warehouse staff, including task allocation, training, and performance evaluation.
Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and safety.
Coordinate with procurement and logistics departments to ensure timely deliveries and dispatches.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the warehouse.
Identify and resolve operational issues or bottlenecks to maintain smooth workflow.
Monitor stock levels and forecast inventory needs to prevent shortages or excesses.
Maintain accurate records of warehouse activities and prepare reports for management review.
Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of warehouse equipment and facilities.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and staff development.
