Job Description
- Communicating with clients in Arabic (Spoken/ Written)
- Handle customer needs and requirements
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve
Job Specification:
- Customer centric attitude
- Excellent Communication over Arabic Language
- Patience
- Flexibility and adaptability
Qualification
- Intermediate and bachelor's.
- freshers and experienced both can apply.
Salary
50k to 80k (Including incentives, and bonuses)
Age limit:
18 to 50 years
Timings: 7: 30 am to 5pm. (may vary)
Rotational offs: ( 1 off per week sat or sun)
Skills
- Strong communication skills
- A patient and empathetic attitude
- Basic computer skills
- Fluent in Arabic speaking and reading(only for Arabic agents)
