MOLDING Supervisor

Tawakal Plastics is seeking a dedicated Molding Supervisor to oversee the injection molding operations and ensure the production of high-quality plastic components. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in injection molding processes and a strong understanding of machine operation and troubleshooting techniques. This role requires a responsible individual who can supervise and guide a team of 10 persons, maintaining smooth workflow and meeting production targets effectively. The supervisor plays a critical role in maintaining equipment performance and implementing process improvements in line with company standards. The Molding Supervisor is responsible for managing day-to-day activities on the molding floor, ensuring all operations comply with safety and quality standards. The candidate must hold at least a matriculation certificate and possess leadership capabilities to coordinate and motivate team members. Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving issues related to injection molding machines is essential. The role involves collaborating with other departments to optimize production efficiency and minimize downtime, thereby contributing to the overall success of Tawakal Plastics.
Responsibilities

Supervise the daily injection molding operations and ensure compliance with production schedules.
Lead and manage a team of 10 molding operators, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback.
Operate and monitor injection molding machines to maintain optimum performance and product quality.
Identify and resolve technical issues related to injection molding machines and processes.
Implement standard operating procedures and safety protocols to create a safe work environment.
Coordinate with quality control to ensure molded products meet specifications and quality standards.
Analyze production data to identify opportunities for process improvements and waste reduction.
Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of injection molding equipment to prevent downtime.
Monitor raw material usage and report any supply shortages or quality defects to management.
Provide regular reports on production status, machine performance, and team productivity to senior management.
Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives by participating in problem-solving sessions and training workshops.
