We are a Tax Accounting firm based in Melbourne Australia. We are looking for an offsore experienced Assistant Accountant/Bookkeeper to join our team in a full time capacity.We service small to medium sized businesses and need someone with strong attention to detail and a friendly attitude to join our team. We have developed our own online accounting system and prior experience using MYOB, Quickbooks or Xero will see you adapt easily.
Training will be provided.
Duties:
- End to end Bookkeeping
- BAS/GST/FBT
- Month End including all Reporting
- Bank/Balance/GL Reconciliations
- Billing and Banking
- Payroll ( small)
Skills required:
- XERO exoerience ideally
- Microsoft Excel & Word
- Exceptional communication skills
- End to End bookkeeping experience.
- ACCA or near completion
- Immidiate Start.
- Working hours: 40hrs / week
