Tax Analyst

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Tax Analyst to join the Finance team at CureMD. This role focuses on preparing accurate tax reports, collaborating with various departments, and staying current with tax legislation to minimize risks and ensure compliance. The Tax Analyst will be instrumental in optimizing tax processes, identifying tax-saving opportunities, and supporting the company’s financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and file accurate and timely tax returns, including income, sales, and other relevant taxes.
- Assist in developing tax planning strategies to optimize liabilities and uncover potential savings.
- Conduct detailed analyses of tax accounts and work closely with the finance team to resolve discrepancies.
- Support tax audits by preparing necessary documentation, responding to inquiries, and coordinating with internal and external auditors.
- Stay informed about changes in tax laws and regulations to maintain compliance and recommend adjustments as needed.
- Assist with transfer pricing documentation and analyze intercompany transactions for compliance purposes.
- Provide tax insights and reports to senior management, highlighting risks and opportunities.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of tax processes, workflows, and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in taxation.
- Strong understanding of federal, state, and international tax regulations.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
- Proficiency with accounting software; experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Demonstrated ability to handle unexpected challenges with a cooperative mindset.
- Availability to work on-site during hybrid shift hours (12:00 PM to 9:00 PM PKST).
