Taxi Dispatcher

IBSTEC is looking for a professional and customer-oriented Taxi Dispatcher to join our team in Gulberg V, Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer bookings, coordinating with drivers, and ensuring a smooth and timely taxi service experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to work efficiently under pressure. The position involves working on-site with rotational shifts, including evenings and nights.

Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls and accurately process taxi bookings.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and booking information.
- Provide excellent customer service by professionally handling queries and complaints.
- Coordinate effectively with drivers to ensure timely pickups and smooth service operations.
- Manage multiple bookings and customer requests efficiently, especially during busy periods.
- Communicate clearly with both customers and drivers to resolve any service-related issues.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
- Excellent spoken English with a neutral or British accent.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including evenings and nights.
- Comfortable working 8 to 12-hour shifts.
- Strong time management skills and excellent punctuality.
- Ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills.
- Goal-oriented, determined, and target-driven.
- Professional attitude with strong communication skills.
