Taxi Operator (Inbound UK Based)

We are currently looking for motivated and customer-oriented Taxi Dispatch Operators to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing real-time communications with customers, efficiently handling taxi bookings, and coordinating with drivers to provide a smooth and reliable passenger experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inbound calls and process taxi bookings accurately
- Provide professional customer service by addressing and resolving client inquiries or issues
- Keep booking records updated and organized within the dispatch system
- Communicate clearly and effectively with drivers to ensure timely pickups
- Follow company policies and maintain high performance standards

Required Qualifications
- Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply; previous experience in UK taxi dispatch is advantageous
- Excellent spoken English, preferably with a neutral or British accent
- Ability to work long shifts, up to 10 hours as needed
- Strong multitasking abilities and capacity to perform well under pressure
- Punctual, disciplined, and responsible with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Effective problem-solving skills and conflict resolution capabilities
- Goal-oriented mindset with a positive and professional attitude
