We're seeking a highly skilled MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. You will play a pivotal role in developing full-stack applications from concept to deployment, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and a stellar user experience. Your expertise will bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides to define how applications look and work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and development of scalable applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
- Implement responsive UIs that match design specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Provide maintenance and enhancements to existing applications.
- Ensure adherence to security and data protection.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a MERN Stack Developer.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
- Deep understanding of React.js and its core principles.
- Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux).
- Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript.
- Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js).
- Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
- Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token.
- Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
- A knack for benchmarking and optimization.
