TCF Primary School Principal (Female)

We are looking for experienced educators to join our team as Primary School Principals at TCF Primary School in Chak 104-GB, Jaranwala, and nearby areas including Chak 102 GB Mirza Wala, Chak 102 RB Buddha Chak, and Ali Pur Banglow. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in senior teaching roles or school administration. This leadership position requires a passionate individual committed to creating a positive learning environment, driving academic excellence, and efficiently managing all aspects of school operations.

Key Responsibilities

Promote high standards of evidence-based teaching and learning by regularly monitoring school progress against key performance indicators to ensure continuous improvement for every student. Recruit, develop, empower, support, and retain high-quality teachers to build a motivated and skilled faculty. Foster a culture of mutual respect, collaboration, continuous learning, and coordination among teachers, students, staff, and parents. Develop and implement a comprehensive school improvement plan based on detailed needs analysis. Monitor classroom quality through lesson planning and both formal and informal observations. Enhance teacher effectiveness by conducting demonstration sessions and providing ongoing feedback. Oversee student performance by reviewing student work and test papers in line with policy guidelines. Organize and manage co-curricular activities, timetables, assemblies, displays, library, laboratories, and academic resources. Conduct faculty training sessions and actively participate in external training programs. Administer term tests and examinations transparently and on schedule. Promote team spirit and focus on teacher retention strategies. Build strong community relationships to raise awareness about education and encourage enrollment of both male and female students. Maintain required student strength through effective enrollment initiatives. Manage outreach efforts for teacher recruitment and maintain an updated CV bank. Coordinate with Area and Regional HR teams on staffing, performance management, and related matters. Uphold school discipline and encourage positive character development among students and staff. Oversee staff attendance and leave management to minimize classroom disruptions. Supervise administrative staff handling accounts and other operational functions. Ensure accurate and timely management of school accounts. Oversee maintenance of school buildings, premises, and utility services. Liaise with supervisors on board-related matters. Implement TCF policies and ensure timely submission of reports and documentation. Travel as necessary for meetings, training sessions, and other school-related activities.

Required Qualifications

A graduate degree is mandatory, with a Master’s degree preferred. A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) is required, while a Master of Education (M.Ed.) is considered an advantage. Candidates must have a minimum of three years of teaching experience or at least one year in a senior role such as Senior Teacher, Vice Principal, Principal, or non-school management. Applicants should be 24 years of age or older. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to motivate oneself and others. Demonstrated perseverance, relationship-building skills, and ownership of personal and team growth are critical. A commitment to serving as a positive change agent in education is expected.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

Preference will be given to candidates holding a Master’s degree along with B.Ed. and M.Ed. qualifications. Experience in senior teaching or administrative roles within educational institutions is highly valued.
