TD and E-TD-Scrum Lead Specialist-Senior

Based in Hyderabad, this role presents an exciting opportunity to join EY as a Specialist II, Technical Scrum Lead within the Technology Consulting practice. Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional Agile teams to deliver iterative technology solutions, ensuring strict adherence to Agile and Scrum principles while promoting effective collaboration.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to maintain team alignment and maximize productivity.
- Coach teams on Agile best practices, encouraging continuous learning and maturity in Agile methodologies.
- Collaborate closely with product owners and stakeholders to define, prioritize, and align technology outcomes with business objectives.
- Proactively identify and remove impediments to project progress, ensuring teams have the necessary resources and support to succeed.
- Manage stakeholder expectations by maintaining transparency around scope, schedule, and budget, while addressing concerns promptly and effectively.
- Maintain and prioritize product and sprint backlogs, adapting to evolving business needs and customer feedback.
- Mentor team members and act as an Agile champion, contributing to organizational agility initiatives and special projects.
- Assist teams in estimating deliverables, improving velocity, and identifying opportunities for increased efficiency.
- Apply Agile methodologies to incorporate changing customer inputs and business conditions into product development processes.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including Agile project management, Scrum Master roles, or technical leadership in software development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (B.E./B.Tech).
- Strong expertise in Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks, with a deep understanding of Agile principles and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with Agile project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
- Proficiency in coding and technical concepts, including Java, Angular, Node.js, POSTMAN, CUCUMBER, AWS, and SQL queries.
- Familiarity with version control and CI/CD tools like GitHub, Bitbucket, Bamboo, TDD/BDD, and monitoring tools such as Splunk and Honeycomb.
- Experience in monitoring and refining dashboards, optimizing workflows, and driving continuous process improvements in Agile environments.
- AWS Cloud Practitioner certification and Professional Scrum Master certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe) are preferred.
- Experience with the Genesis platform and programming in Python and TypeScript is advantageous.
