Seeking a dedicated Electronic Engineering Lecturer to join a well-established university in Hainan. This role involves delivering high-quality education and mentoring to undergraduate and postgraduate students in electronic engineering and related disciplines. The ideal candidate holds a PhD degree in electronics, information, communication engineering, artificial intelligence, machine learning, or a closely related field. They possess strong communication skills in English and have at least two years of experience teaching engineering courses. This position includes managing a team of 20 persons, collaborating with faculty members, and contributing to the university’s academic development through innovative course design and delivery. The successful candidate will engage in curriculum design, instruction, and assessment within the areas of circuit design, analog and digital electronics, signal processing, semiconductor devices, control systems, and microelectronics. Experience teaching in multicultural or Sino-foreign cooperative education programs is favorable, illustrating the ability to adapt to diverse learning environments. This role demands an experienced educator who can inspire students, support academic growth, and participate actively in departmental and university initiatives to enhance educational excellence.


Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities：
1. Passionate about higher education, with strong moral integrity and adherence to academic standards;
2. Teach a minimum of 200 class hours annually in the fields of electronics, information, and communication engineering, including lectures, tutorial sessions, laboratory instruction, and other assigned teaching-related tasks;
3. Supervise and evaluate undergraduate students’ extracurricular and in-class practice projects, as well as their senior design projects and thesis work;
4. Guide graduate teaching assistants;
5. Promote continuous optimization and reform of undergraduate teaching models;
6. Participate in the organization and management of teaching activities;
7. Engage in student academic support and other teaching-related responsibilities;
8. Conduct research on teaching and pedagogical scholarship.

Qualifications ：
1. PhD degree in electronics, information, communication engineering, artificial intelligence, machine learning, or related majors;
2. Strong written and oral communication skills in English (capable of conducting full-time instruction in English);
3. At least two years of teaching experience, with demonstrated ability to develop and implement innovative, high-impact courses;
4. Candidates with experience in Sino-foreign cooperative education programs or multicultural teaching environments are preferred.

Salary and benefits：
1.25-30k before tax per month
